I am a designer. Some time ago, my cervical spine and lumbar spine were uncomfortable. The doctor suggested that I play more badminton. Because I had never played badminton before, I doubted whether I could play badminton. After playing with a friend for the first time, my waist was sore and my back hurt. My friend suggested that I join Guanjin badminton training class. With the correct posture, in addition to training, I train with my friends 1-2 times a week, and my lumbar spine feels great now. I didn’t know that playing badminton really had this effect.
